Professional Credentials 

In addition to her leadership experience, Dr. Tracy O'Neill holds B.S. degrees in Management and Accounting from the University of South Florida, a M.A. degree in Human Resources Development and Human Resources Management from Webster University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree with a major in Leadership Coaching from Regent University. DSL is an applied, multidisciplinary, terminal degree designed to provide instant solutions for today's organizational challenges by utilizing the skills of strategic thinking, foresight, team building, cultural understanding, and personnel management to advocate transformational change within an organization and support its successful execution. Dr. O'Neill is a member of SHRM and other local organizations.
