Coaching Services

The coaching process starts with a free Complimentary Session, which gives us the chance to meet each other, talk through your objectives, and design the optimum coaching relationship for your needs. It’s a no-obligation opportunity for you to explore the difference it can make to have a coach.The coaching relationship is comprised of four interrelated components:

1. Identifying developmental objectives for both you and your business, and creating an overall growth plan.
2. Focusing in on key challenges, obstacles and choke points, and generating options and strategies to impact them.
3. Converting general strategies into specific action steps, and developing follow-up structures to ensure timely completion.
4. Providing energizing personal support and advocacy throughout the process.

In a typical coaching relationship, we meet three times per month by phone for 45 minutes to an hour each time, with free e-mail contact and short “spot calls” of five minutes or less between sessions as needed. In our initial intake session we’ll design the details of the relationship based on your objectives and needs.

Coaching works best with a long-term commitment. To encourage your continued progress, I offer price breaks at the 4th and 7th month.

Email Program: Let me answer your business related questions and give you personalized, one-on-one help through email. Here's how it works:

• Contact me to set up a free consultation by phone. I would like to know about you and your organization.
• Use your own email account to send me questions (I will give you my program address once we talk).
• Ask me 3 questions per week, Monday - Friday. I will answer you within 24 hours.
• Questions must be related to some aspect of running a business. Provide any background information necessary to put the question into context. Please do not expect me to do any research on your behalf. 

EQ-i Assessment: John Maxwell, an internationally recognized leadership expert, once commented, "The discovery of your unique abilities and strengths is essential in helping you discover your purpose...Understand that the greatest way to be successful is to find out what you do well and be the best that you can be in that strength zone." This program assesses your emotional intelligence on an individual or leadership level. It includes one assessment tool, a printed report, a review of your results over the phone, and two 45-minute coaching sessions.

Consulting: I will give advice on projects related to:  

• Planning & strategy
• Individual & organizational development
• Administrative & support functions
• Running a sales & service business
• Setting up an internal coaching program  

Mediation: Mediation is a great way to solve disputes privately without incurring the expenses, time, and publicity of going to court. While anyone can mediate, I have become a Certified County Court Mediator in the state of Florida, which required many hours of training and mentorship. Mediation is only done by me in person.

Fees  

• All my services are highly customized. Please contact me for pricing information.
• You will be invoiced for my services and remit payment directly through PayPal.
• PayPal accepts credit cards or bank withdrawals.
• Payment is due in advance of our sessions.
